Due to the exclusive nature of the meeting on high-risk cases involving victims of domestic violence, the acts and documents of the MARAM Board, including their content, shall be considered confidential and strictly inaccessible to unauthorised individuals. No person shall access, view or obtain copies thereof, except when duly authorised by the victim, or when such information or documentation is required to be provided under any law. The MARAM Board, shall ensure that the records that include personal data are stored and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the record retention policy.
