S.L. 552.32 Art. 3Priority status.

(1) The Authority, and any other authority involved in the permit-granting procedure, shall give priority to projects falling within the scope of these regulations.

(2) National procedures for priority projects shall be applied to projects falling within the scope of these regulations, without prejudice to the objectives, requirements and time-limits of these regulations.

(3) Sub-regulations (1) and (2) shall be without prejudice to any budgetary decisions.
