S.L. 552.28 Art. 5Non Applicability

If the Authority is satisfied that it is necessary that the . forms of advertisement described in regulation 4 should not be displayed unless permission is granted by the said Authority on application, it may give a direction that the said exemptions granted by regulation 4 shall not apply as specified in such direction.
