S.L. 549.42 Art. 28Omissions by responsible persons.

Where any person or body responsible for the performance of these regulations fails to perform any tasks or functions as are assigned to it under these regulations within the prescribed time period, if any, the Minister may proceed to take action as he may deem expedient, without prejudice to the possibility of making any charges upon the performance by such person or body of the tasks or functions assigned to it.
