S.L. 549.166 Art. 19Enforcement powers.

(1) Any officer or employee of the Corporation or of the Authority duly authorised may, at all reasonable times, enter any premises in which a groundwater source is located to ensure compliance with these regulations.

(2) For the purposes of any action taken under these regulations, the Authority may request the assistance of the Commissioner of Police, who shall for such purpose exercise such powers as are vested in him by law in relation to the investigation of criminal offences.
