S.L. 549.166 Art. 18Non-liability and compensation incurred by the Authority.

The Authority shall not be liable for any loss or damage nor shall it pay any compensation to any person for any loss or damage:

(a) sustained by any person by reason of anything done in pursuance of the metering of any groundwater source;

(b) for the closure, sealing and decommissioning of any groundwater source;

(c) for anything done in pursuance of limiting or prohibiting groundwater abstraction;

(d) for any act of commission or omission of the Authority in pursuance of the discharge of its functions under these regulations.
