S.L. 549.124 Art. 11Co-operation of public bodies.

The competent authority may request any public body to consult and cooperate with it for the purpose of assessing the potential of records of the authority as a source of information, which could contribute to the compilation of the obligations in regulation 6, and the public body shall comply with any such request, in so far as resources permit.
