S.L. 545.6 Art. 4Fee on registration.

(1) There shall be paid to the Corporation, upon the registration of the drilling rig, a fee of sixty-nine euro and eighty-

eight cents (€69.88).

(2) A drilling rig shall not be deemed to be registered for the purposes of these regulations unless and until the relative fee has been paid.

(3) If a drilling rig is registered by more than one person, only temporary licence from the Corporation.
