S.L. 545.6 Art. 3Registration of drilling rigs.

(1) Every user shall inform the Corporation of the existence of all drilling rigs, whether or not so registered with the Police, over which he has effective control of use.

(2) The information required in subregulation (1) shall be given in the form established by the Corporation in the Schedule, and shall include all the particulars and shall meet all the requirements stipulated therein.

(3) The form indicated in subregulation (2) may be collected from the offices of the Corporation or from any other place which the Corporation may designate.
