The Regulator shall coordinate with the appropriate persons and entities to ensure that in so far as is reasonable, certification schemes or equivalent qualification schemes are available for installers and designers of all forms of renewable heating and cooling systems in buildings, industry and agriculture, installers of solar photovoltaic systems, including energy storage, and for installers of recharging points enabling demand response:

Provided that the Regulator may take into account existing schemes and structures, as appropriate, which are based on the criteria established in the Eight Schedule.
