S.L. 545.34 Art. 24Universal service.

(1) All household customer and small enterprises, shall enjoy universal service, namely the right to be supplied with electricity of a specified quality within their territory at competitive, easily and clearly comparable, transparent and non-discriminatory prices.

(2) Distribution system operators shall be obliged to connect customers to their network under terms, conditions and tariffs set in accordance with the procedure laid down in regulation 47(4).
