S.L. 545.20 Art. 13Inspection of an authorised facility.

(1) Inspectors shall be authorised to enter and inspect any authorised facility in which LPG is, stored, blended, or is under transport and inspect all tanks, pipework, pumps, dispensers, electrical equipment, drainage, ancillary equipment and other equipment or assets directly or indirectly connected with the carrying out of the authorisation conditions in order to ascertain if they are in accordance with the conditions as prescribed in the authorisation.

(2) Every inspector of the Regulator so authorised shall at all reasonable times be allowed unrestricted access to the authorized facility, for the purpose of ascertaining whether the conditions attached to the authorisation are being duly observed. The authorised provider shall give all reasonable assistance which such inspector may require for that purpose.
