Authorised biofuels and, or bioliquids operators producing or importing biofuel or bioliquids, whose biofuels and, or bioliquids are taken into account for the purposes of the requirements laid down in the Promotion of Energy from

Renewable Sources Regulations, and regulation 33 of the Petroleum for the Inland (Wholesale) Fuel Market Regulations shall ensure that the biofuels and bioliquids produced or imported are audited and verified to be compliant with the sustainability criteria as set out in the Biofuels, Bioliquids and Biomass Fuels (Sustainability Criteria) Regulations.
