S.L. 545.15 Art. 23Labelling and sale of biofuels.

No person shall sell or offer for sale to the final customer any biofuel blended in mineral oil derivatives unless he provides:

(a) specific labelling at the points of sale; and

(b) information on the environmental benefits of the biofuels being offered for sale: Provided that, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the labelling of biofuels referred to in this sub-regulation shall not be required for percentages of biofuels, blended in mineral oil derivatives, not exceeding 10% by volume.
