(1) Regulations 71, 72, 73(2), 73(3), 73(4), 74(2), 75,

76(1), 76(2), 76(3), and 79 to 93, both inclusive, shall only apply to international passenger transport services.

(2) Regulations 93 to 100, both inclusive, shall only apply to cabotage transport operations.

(3) Regulations 101 to 106, both inclusive, shall only apply to international transport services and cabotage transport operations.
