S.L. 478.4 Art. 3Assistance to support eligible applicants.

Where the Commission is satisfied that both the applicant and the project are eligible for assistance as prescribed under the guidelines, the Commission may provide assistance in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the guidelines.
