S.L. 478.4 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 478.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Malta Film Commission Act;

"applicant" means the same as the meaning assigned to it by the guidelines;

"Commission" means the Malta Film Commission established by article 3 of the Act;

"Commissioner" means the Malta Film Commissioner appointed under article 5(1) of the Act;

"Creative Malta Scheme" means the scheme set up in accordance with the guidelines which may provide assistance in terms of these regulations;

"guidelines" means such guidelines as may be published by the Commission from time to time in terms of the Act;

"project" means the same as the meaning assigned to it by the guidelines.
