S.L. 474.3 Art. 4Proceedings. Cap. 474. Cap. 69.

(1) Proceedings for mediation relating to all new st disputes regarding leases agreed between parties on the 31 May 1995, or prior to this date, shall as from the coming into force of these regulations, be conducted according to the provisions of article 34 of the Mediation Act.

(2) The letting agreements applicable shall include such leases stipulated under article 44 of the Reletting of Urban Property

(Regulation) Ordinance.
