S.L. 465.75 Art. 7Contents of the Order for Restriction of Movement (Public Health).

An Order, variation or any subsequent extensions of the

Order issued in terms of these regulations shall include the following information:

(i) the name of the person to whom it is addressed, if known;

(ii) the identification number or Police registration number given, as applicable;

(iii) the date of issue;

(iv) the reason upon which it is based;

(v) period specified in the Order or extensions thereof, as applicable;

(vi) the conditions which need to be complied fortwith; and

(vii) the consequences in case of breach of the conditions established in the said Order.
