S.L. 465.75 Art. 6RevocationNotice.

(1) The Superintendent shall with immediate effect, issue a Revocation Notice to a person subject to such an Order when, following conclusive diagnostic tests, such person is deemed by the Superintendent to be no longer capable of potentially spreading disease.

(2) The Revocation Notice shall be served or delivered physically without delay, according to the case, to the person subject to the said Order either by registered mail, electronic mail or physically, as may be delegated by the Superintendent.

(3) A Revocation Notice shall be deemed to be issued ipso iure in the case that the Order expires without any further extension.
