S.L. 464.20 Art. 24Copy of decision.

(1) The Chairperson shall communicate without delay the decision of the Disciplinary Committee to the relevant Council who shall adopt that decision as provided in regulation 19(3).

(2) The relevant Council shall serve a copy of the decision of the Disciplinary Committee without delay on the health care professional.
