S.L. 464.20 Art. 23Validity of proceedings.

Where under any of the foregoing provisions of these regulations, a meeting of the Disciplinary Committee stands adjourned to a future date, the validity of the proceedings at that meeting shall not be called into question for the sole reason that the committee members who were present at the former meeting were not present at the following meeting of the Disciplinary Committee.
