S.L. 464.12 Art. 8Copy of notice to be sent to each member.

(1) The Registrar shall send a copy of the notice drawn up in accordance with regulations 6 and 7 to each member entitled to attend the meeting in accordance with article 15 of the Act.

(2) Such notice shall be sent not less than five days before the day of the meeting, provided that in case of special urgency, a notice to convene a meeting to discuss special business in accordance with regulation 5(1)(a) and (b) of two working days shall suffice.
