S.L. 464.12 Art. 7Notice.

The notice as required by regulation 6 shall state the hour and place of the meeting and the agenda, and whether for general business or for any special matter and together with such notice there shall be sent:

(a) a copy of the minutes of the previous meeting; provided that the minutes may not be attached to a notice convening a meeting to discuss special matters in accordance with regulation 5(1);

(b) in the case of special business, the purpose in detail; and

(c) any other additional information that may be needed for that meeting.
