S.L. 464.12 Art. 5Meetings of the Council.

(1) The Council shall meet at least once monthly as established in paragraph 14 of the First Schedule to the Act:

Provided that additional meetings of the Council -

(a) may be summoned by the President at any other time;

(b) may also be summoned on a written request signed by not less than three of the members and, or additional members and addressed to the President, who shall cause such meetings to be convened within seven days, of the receipt of such request unless otherwise agreed by the three members summoning the meeting.

(2) The next meeting shall be scheduled as agreed by majority consensus at the end of the meeting convened in accordance with subregulation (1).
