S.L. 464.12 Art. 4Resignation, death or the expiry of term of office. S.L. 464.03

(1) On the resignation, death or the expiry of the term of office of the appointed members, the President shall cause a notice thereof to be sent to the respective authority concerned.

(2) In the case of elected members or elected additional members, the President shall cause an election to be held in accordance with the provisions of regulation 5(1) of the Pharmacy

Council (Elections) Regulations.
