S.L. 46.1 Art. 16Criminal proceedings in accordance with article 12 of the Act.

When criminal proceedings are instituted against a manufacturer or sponsor in accordance with article 12 of the Act, the breaking up of the article found to conceal extraneous substances or not found to be of a homogenous substance shall not take place before the judgement of the Court in such proceedings has become final.
