Court within eight days from the date on which the result of the second assay shall have been communicated to the person asking for such a second assay, in which case the Minister responsible for the Authority shall again direct the Consul to suspend the imprinting or the breaking of the article as the case may be until the Court judgement on such a challenge becomes final.
