S.L. 456.4 Art. 3Promotion of gender balance in listed companies.

(1) The Commission shall promote, analyse, monitor and support gender balance on boards of listed companies in order to compile a yearly report on the implementation of the Directive.

(2) The Commission shall, in order to carry out its functions in accordance with this regulation, insofar as required, be provided by DIRECTORS OF LISTED COMPANIES

the Authority with information about the gender representation on the boards of listed companies and with information regarding the measures taken with a view to achieving the applicable objectives for the purposes of gender balance on boards of listed companies, in accordance with the Directive.
