S.L. 452.92 Art. 8Breaks.

(1) An employer shall not require or permit a young person to work for any period exceeding four and a half hours without an uninterrupted break of at least thirty minutes.

(2) A young person shall not be entitled to be paid in respect of the break specified in subregulation (1).
