S.L. 452.172 Art. 13Victimisation and protection against less favourable treatment.

It shall not be lawful to victimise any worker and employees’ representative for having exercised their rights in accordance with these regulations or for having participated in proceedings for redress on grounds of the alleged breach of the provisions of these regulations.
