S.L. 452.172 Art. 12Coordination between the Monitoring Body and the Equality Body.

For the purposes of ensuring the effective implementation of the rights and obligations stipulated in Directive

(EU) 2023/970, the Monitoring Body and the Equality Body shall cooperate, and shall as may be required form time to time, mutually transmit all information as may be required in order to achieve the aims and objectives of the Directive (EU) 2023/970 in the manner established in these regulations.
