(1) The Information to Employees Regulations are hereby repealed.

(2) The revocation of the regulations referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything done or omitted to be done thereunder.

(3) These regulations supersede any less favourable relevant provisions in any regulations, orders or other subsidiary legislation made under or kept in force under the Act and in case of any inconsistency between such legislation and these regulations, these regulations shall prevail.
