S.L. 442.4 Art. 4Authority to publicize.

The Board shall also have the authority to publish in daily newspapers and in the broadcasting media the names of those cooperative societies which have become subject to administrative penalties and sanctions imposed on them by the same Board as provided for in these regulations and in the Act: Provided that the Board shall use this authority only to give public notice of such contravention, and during such time as the said contravention persists.
