S.L. 439.7 Art. 8Monitoring inspections by the Veterinary Services.

(1) The Veterinary Services shall carry out inspections to monitor compliance with the provisions of these regulations. These inspections may be carried out on the occasion of checks made for other purposes.

(2) The Veterinary Services shall report on the inspections carried out in accordance with sub-regulation (1). The reports shall be forwarded to the European Commission.
