S.L. 439.7 Art. 7Registration of establishments. Cap. 439.

The establishments covered by the scope of these regulations shall be registered by the Veterinary Services and given a distinguishing number which will be the medium for tracing eggs placed on the market for human consumption. The arrangements for implementing this regulation shall be determined in accordance with European Community rules and according to the procedure laid down in article 7(2) of the Animal Welfare Act.
