S.L. 437.112 Art. 4Certificates and forms.

The model forms of zootechnical certificates for breeding animals and their germinal products in accordance with Annex V to Regulation (EU) 2016/1012 for the issuing of zootechnical certificates by breed societies or breeding operations in accordance with the requirement of Article 30(1) of the said Regulation, shall be those found in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/602 of 15 April 2020 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/717 as regards the model forms of zootechnical certificates for breeding animals and their germinal products.
