S.L. 437.102 Art. 13Costs relating to destruction measures.

If pursuant to rule 11(4), it is decided that destruction measures should be taken by the Competent Authority, any costs incurred shall be chargeable to the consignor or its agent or representitive, without any compensation thereto by the competent authority.
