Each consignment of semen authorised for introduction into the Community by the Member State of destination on the basis of the import control referred to in rule 11(1) shall, when sent to another Member State, be accompanied by the original certificate or an authenticated copy thereof, suitably endorsed, in either case, by the competent authority responsible for controls carried out in accordance with rule 11.
