S.L. 433.16 Art. 15Stricter or additional measures.

Without prejudice to the provisions of these regulations, the Director is empowered to issue additional and stricter measures, as may be required, and which are conducive to preventing the spread of the pest and its further entry into Malta. These measures shall be notified in writing to the Commission and to the other Member States.
