The property to which article 2 refers is the following:

A portion of land at Mosta, known as Tal-Blata l-Għolja, having 2 an area of circa four hundred and ninety-four square metres (494m ), which portion is bounded from the East, South and West by third party property, indicated in blue and marked as plot 7_3 on the plan P.D.234A/88/1 in the Schedule.
