S.L. 427.63 Art. 2Scope and applicability.

(1) Without prejudice to more stringent and, or specific provisions contained in regulations issued by virtue of the Health and

Safety at Work Act and other regulations issued by virtue of the

Product Safety Act, these regulations shall apply to all installed existing and new lifts used in a workplace.

(2) These regulations shall also apply to existing and new lifts installed in a condominium or domestic residence, as defined in these regulations.
