S.L. 427.63 Art. 1Citation and commencement.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Inspection of Lifts

Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall come into force as follows:

(a) regulation 5:

(i) for new lifts, on 1st January, 2008;

(ii) for existing lifts, on 1st January, 2009;

(b) regulation 6:

(i) for new lifts, on 1st January, 2009;

(ii) for existing lifts, on 1st January, 2009;

(c) regulation 8:

(i) for new lifts, on 1st January, 2008;

(ii) for existing lifts, on 1st January, 2009.
