(1) These regulations implement the provisions of Articles 11, 19(5), 34(1), and 37 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products.

(3) By way of derogation from the Cosmetic Products

Regulations, 2004, cosmetic products which comply with these regulations may be placed on the market before the 11th July 2013.
