S.L. 427.34 Art. 11Economic operators.

(1) Economic operators shall, on request, identify the following to the MSD:

(a) who has supplied them with electrical equipment; and

(b) to whom they have supplied electrical equipment.

(2) Economic operators shall be able to present the information referred to in sub-regulation (1) for 10 years after they have been supplied with the electrical equipment and for 10 years after they have supplied the electrical equipment.
