S.L. 427.34 Art. 10Application of obligations of manufacturers to distributors and importers.

(1) Cases in which obligations of manufacturers apply to importers and distributors.

(2) An importer or distributor shall be considered a manufacturer for the purposes of these regulations and he shall be subject to the obligations of the manufacturer under regulation 6, where he places electrical equipment on the market under his name or trade mark or modifies electrical equipment already placed on the market in such a way that compliance with these regulations may be affected.
