(1) Every permit holder in accordance with articles 26

and 27 of the Act and the Aquaculture Operations Regulations shall pay to the Director the annual contributions specified in the Second

Schedule.

(2) The contributions payable under this regulation shall be credited by the Director to the Aquaculture Fund established in accordance with regulation 2A of the Aquaculture Operations

Regulations.
