Any person who violates a provision of these regulations, including the failure to comply with any obligation thereof, or failure to comply with the orders, requirements or instructions of the Director shall be guilty of an offence and shall be sanctioned according to the Offences, Proceedings and Sanctioning (Fisheries and Aquaculture)

Regulations.
