S.L. 425.18 Art. 8Market measures.

(1) It shall be prohibited to trade, export, or offer for sale bluefin tuna which is not accompanied by the documentation required by these regulations or which is otherwise contrary to the provisions of these regulations.

(2) It shall also be prohibited to possess bluefin tuna unless acquired for final consumption in the context of a legitimate trade, or unless it is caught in exercise of legitimate recreational fisheries and without intent to trade.
