(1) Any contractual provision that prevents compliance with regulations 18, 19 and 20 shall be null and void in relation to authors and performers and unenforceable in their regard.

(2) Regulations 17 to 21, both included, shall not apply to authors of a computer program within the meaning of Article 2 of Directive 2009/24/EC.
